My work integrates three complementary approaches: coaching, consulting, and mentoring. Each serves a different purpose, and depending on the situation, I may use one or a combination of these to help individuals and teams grow in clarity, leadership, and impact.


Coaching

Coaching focuses on helping you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and move forward with intention. Rather than giving you all the answers, coaching helps you discover the right answers for your unique situation.

Through coaching, I help you:


  • Clarify your vision and leadership direction
  • Identify internal and external barriers to growth
  • Strengthen self-awareness and decision-making
  • Develop the confidence and habits needed to move forward


Coaching is typically future-focused, helping you move from where you are today toward where you are called to go—whether in leadership, business, relationships, or personal development.


Consulting

Consulting is more strategy and solution focused. In these situations, I bring my experience, frameworks, and expertise to help solve specific problems or implement systems that improve performance.

Examples of consulting work may include:


  • Leadership development strategies for organizations
  • Communication and team culture improvement
  • Maxwell DISC behavioral assessments and hiring benchmarks
  • Organizational leadership training and workshops


In consulting, I help organizations design practical solutions and implement clear frameworks that lead to measurable improvement.


Mentoring

Mentoring is more relational and experience-based. In mentoring conversations, I may share insights from my own leadership journey to help guide you through challenges you may be facing.

Mentoring may include:


  • Leadership wisdom gained from experience
  • Spiritual formation and personal growth conversations
  • Guidance for navigating leadership responsibilities
  • Encouragement and perspective during seasons of transition


Mentoring is less about a structured process and more about walking alongside someone as they grow into the leader they are becoming.


How These Work Together

Most clients benefit from a combination of these approaches. At times you may need clarity through coaching, strategy through consulting, or wisdom through mentoring.

My role is to help you grow into the leader you are called to be so you can create meaningful impact in your life, organization, and community.
