Luis and Yvette Salazar are the co-founders of LTR HUB. Together, they share a commitment to building people who build legacy by helping leaders and organizations develop stronger communication, healthier relationships, and practical leadership practices.

Luis brings experience from the United States Marine Corps, Army National Guard, ministry leadership, professional coaching, speaking, and leadership development. His facilitation style combines practical instruction, relatable communication, honest discussion, and immediate application.

As co-founder, Yvette helps steward the vision, culture, and relational foundation of LTR HUB. Together, Luis and Yvette believe that investing in people strengthens not only workplaces, but also families, communities, and future generations.
